The Federal Express East World Technology Center consisted of eight two story, office buildings of approximately 100,000 sf each and a central three story, services building
that included a dining facility and auditorium. The total construction cost for the projectwas over $100 million.
As senior project manager for Looney Ricks Kiss Architects I was responsible for construction administration of Phase I and design development and all construction
documentation, including consultant and design architect (Gensler) coordination, budget, schedule, detail / drawing development and specifications of Phase II.
